As Netflix grew its investment in telling and marketing Sports stories and broadcasting live sporting events, I pursued a design system that could match the intensity, emotion, and duality of its storytelling—from raw, kinetic action to deeply human moments of perseverance. The resulting identity draws inspiration from the tension between sweat and soul, using layered compositions, bold typography, and a flexible framework built around an abstracted 'N' symbol. The system was designed to stretch across formats and genres—creating cohesion while allowing for expressive range—scaling seamlessly across social, events, and global marketing campaigns.
