Role: Design & Creative Direction
As part of Netflix’s evolution into a truly global entertainment brand, the logo system was redesigned to move beyond the boxy, legacy mark and reflect a more modern, cinematic identity. The updated wordmark and ‘N’ symbol retain the brand’s iconic red while introducing a distinctive curvature inspired by the CinemaScope—a subtle nod to the brand’s roots in storytelling and film. Designed for versatility and scalability, the new marks help members easily identify the app across all devices and platforms. Beyond their creation, consistent global implementation played a critical role in building equity, ensuring the logos became instantly recognizable across markets and touchpoints worldwide.
