As Netflix expanded its global footprint, I helped develop a strategic framework for how the brand shows up within its office environments—transforming workplace design into a powerful extension of brand storytelling. In partnership with Netflix’s Design & Construction teams, I codified a scalable approach that balances brand consistency with local cultural resonance. Each office space is infused with the core Netflix brand DNA while spotlighting regionally relevant titles, creators, and stories that reflect the passions of local talent. From custom art installations and experiential design moments to collaborations with local artists, every space is designed to feel uniquely of its place—while remaining unmistakably Netflix. This ongoing initiative has become a model for how a global brand can live physically and emotionally within its own walls.
